SUMMARY OF RULES AND GUIDELINES

1.    The name of the Branch shall be the Liverpool F.C International Supporters Club, Chesterfield & District Branch (North Derbyshire Reds)

2.    The objectives of the Branch shall be, to support Liverpool F.C, to encourage potential membership of the Branch, and to promote social events amongst members.

3.    Any person may apply for membership, but acceptance is subject to committee approval.

4.    Annual subscription charges are: £12.00 per NEW adult member, £6.00 for NEW O.A.P, UB40 and Full Time Student’s, and £3.00 for NEW junior members (Under 16). A ‘One Off’ £20.00 Membership bond is required, per household from all new members.  For members renewing their membership, (Must be completed by 31st August) the charges are: £12.00 per adult, £6.00 for O.A.P, UB40 and Full Time Student’s and £3.00 for junior members (Under 16).   Proof of UB40, O.A.P and STUDENT status should be provided to claim discount.

5.    The possession or CONSUMPTION of alcohol & drugs on transport provided by the Branch to all fixtures is strictly PROHIBITED.

6.    Match day tickets, all members can apply to the Branch for tickets on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Payment in full is required when booking for tickets. The Branch cannot guarantee all that apply. All members are required to give 14 days notice if they are unable to attend a fixture, as refunds cannot be guaranteed.

7.      The Branch Committee has the power to suspend any member for a minimum period of 12 months or expel any member who offends the Branch rules, or whose conduct, in the opinion of the Branch membership and/or Committee, is contrary to the welfare of the Branch.

8.     Any member who fails to turn up after booking at short notice will be required to pay the full package price and will be unable to book for further match until payment is received.

9.    The Chesterfield and District Branch of The Association of International Branches dose not accept responsibility / liability for losses, injury to or damage of any nature incurred by Branch Members and/or guests whilst undertaking Branch activities.
