ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION 2010- 11 SEASON

Once again this season, when booking for tickets, your name will NOT be put on the list for a game until payment has been received IN FULL. If you ring the Branch Information/Booking line to book for a game, you may leave your details & your request for tickets, but you WILL NOT be put on the list until your payment has been received. We will contact members who have booked for a game ONLY IF THEY HAVE NOT GOT A TICKET.  If you don’t hear anything then assume you have a ticket and be at your normal pick up point in plenty of time for the coach.  Information regarding pick-up times for games, are available on the Branch web site or can be found on the enclosed Coach Timetable. On certain occasions, times need to be altered at short notice.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find out this information via the Branch Information Line on: 01623 746388

When booking for a game, you are required to inform us AT THAT TIME at which point you will be boarding the coach.  If, for any reason, this should change either before or on the day of the game, you MUST inform a member of the committee IMMEDIATELY.  Failure to do so will result in delaying the coach’s arrival time at the remaining pick-up points and subsequently at Anfield. If you are not at the appropriate pick up point in good time, you could be left behind and therefore responsible to get yourself to Anfield. You will still be required to pay the FULL PACKAGE PRICE regardless.

Tickets may become available for League & cup away matches, at short notice. These tickets will be available via the information/booking line or text alert service .Full payment is required prior to the fixtures being played. Availability of these tickets is not guaranteed.  Any tickets taken up at short notice by members but without enough time for payment to be made prior to the game, payment may be made on the coach. Any member who fails to turn up for any match will be required to pay the full package price and will be unable to book for further match until payment is received. Any member who is unable to attend a game that they have booked MUST inform the Branch via the Branch Information Line no later than 10 days prior to the date of the game. This is to ensure that tickets can be returned to LFC in line with their policy on returned tickets. Failure to comply with this request may mean that refunds are not payable.

FAN CARD USE ON BEHALF OF MEMBERS

Any member who has an L.F.C Fan Card, your card will be used on your behalf, for any domestic cup or European cup fixture you apply for through the Branch.Fan Cards will NOT be used for any fixtures that you do not attend.Fan Cards will NOT be used for LEAGUE fixtures.  If you attend any of the Cup fixtures, it will be down to L.F.C as to how many matches are recorded and eligibility to purchase cup final tickets.

FAN CARD USE FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

The Fan Card will be used as above for all cup fixtures.Away fixture tickets will be purchased using season ticket holders fan cards.Season ticket holders get priority on away fixture tickets, where their fan cards are used to apply for tickets. Season ticket holders are required to inform the Branch ticket officer no less than 2 weeks prior to any away fixture that they want tickets using their fan cards. If not tickets will be sold on a first come basis. Fan Cards cannot be used for certain fixtures if the card has insufficient credits e.g. Manchester UTD away. Finally, it is vital that as a branch we maintain our current level of allocated tickets for all home games.  This will undoubtedly be reduced if we do not apply for our minimum allocation for certain fixtures.
